My Xbox and battlefront are linked to an old ea acc I not longer have need to change it to my new one can't figure out helpppp plzzzz

Your Microsoft Account has its own e-mail you used to create it. This determines what e-mail your Xbox Gamertag associates itself with. If this e-mail matches with the one on your old EA Account, they become linked. Changing these details allow you to also change where your Gamertag is linked to.

So for the purposes of getting your new EA Account, and your Xbox Gamertag connected, their e-mails need to match. So your choices are as follows :

• Change your old EA Account's e-mail, and give it to the new EA Account : https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/if-you-forgot-your-ea-account-id-or-password/
• Change your Microsoft Account's e-mail, so it matches with your new EA Account's e-mail : https://support.xbox.com/en-WW/account-management/change-email-sign-in-for-microsoft-account

If you have trouble logging in to the old EA Account of yours in order to change the details on it, or if you just need help with this issue in general, contact an EA Advisor at the EA Support directly.
