YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS ONLINE FEATURES

Hey... I need some help. How do I get past the "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS ONLINE FEATURES"? My account is clearly fine to do it but the game will not let me get past that screen to play online. Does anyone have any ideas to fix this?

could you let me know the following please?

- What platform are you trying to play on?

- Did it work before?

- If you're playing on console, what's your Gamertag / PSN ID?

Hello, I just installed Battlefront Star Wars but cannot connect to server with message that I am not authorised to access online content.All other members from my family can get online on the same xbox without any problems.... Help please.

Hey @tytus2zoo,

if you receive that specific error message, and at the same time you can play online with any other account on that console, it seems to be an Xbox-specific account setting.

Please check the following:

On your XBOX One Settings, go to Account, then choose "Privacy & online safety":

From there, select "Adult defaults" - becoming more social is a bonus there.

could you tell me your console ID and platform please? Looks like your console account is not linked to the Origin account you're posting on the forums with.
