Battlefield 1 Is frozen after turning vsync on

after i turned vsync on in video settings, game crashed i turned it on again to find out that it is frozen but it works perfectly fine until i click on it (the screenshot shows the game wen it is running fine)after doing so it has only a frozen screen of the game and when left to unfreeze it crashes. I can't go to settings to turn vsync back on nor can i do anything in game. Please help.

You can change your settigns directly in the settings file.

Go to:

"C:\Users\YOURWINDOWSUSER\Documents\Battlefield 1\settings"

find the file:

"PROFSAVE_profile"

open the file in a text editor and change the settings

"GstRender.VSyncEnabled 1"

to

"GstRender.VSyncEnabled 0"

and save the file.

Now the game should run again.

As for why the game crashes with vsync on you will have to provide more information about your system, issue and what you have tried as mentioned in:
