Hi David,
Unfortunately renewing licences didn't work. I have re-installed the game, restarted PS4.
Almost everything is done... I have psn from Indonesia(Asia), I can play all other maps but this mode is not working!
I can find a map, see the player list but still the map change icon at right hand side is rotating and map is not loading (I left it for 30 minutes for loading but even no error recieved)

@MasterYoshiii Please contact support, they should be able to investigate why your account won't take the Jakku DLC. I don't think this is releated to your tech, but your account.

@canksy Do you by any chance have a US copy of the main game? I suspect this issue is due to a mismatch in regional versions between the game and the DLC, but it's hard to be sure. If you try to "buy" the game for free from this link, does it help?
You may want to contact PSN support, perhaps they can directly intervene, but any info you can provide should help.

Livechat will be able to fix your problems regarding this issue, apparently origin is buggy sometimes,
they were able to log into my account on their end and purchase the game for me, for some reason it didnt want to work from my end

@canksy i have the exact same problem and tried everything i could find in the web.
Reinstalled all contents, deleted save files.
Turned off. Plugged out.
Renewed licenses. Nothing worked.
Did you find any solutions?

@EA_David I have the same map loading problem on PS4, the yellow circle keeps turning when i try to access any Battle of Jakku maps on any game mode.
I tried everything from turning off, renewing licenses, plug off and on, reinstall contents, reset entire settings...everything but did not fix. I am not able to access and play BoJ maps since it's launch.
It's frustrating.
Any fixes or directions you know of?

Understand, but i don't think it is a region issue - as i got my PS4 in turkey and reşide in turkey as well. And purchased via PS Store.

I found something like this on the internet, but didn't have time to try it yet. So let me know if it Works out for you. There you go.
I would suggest you to perform some troubleshooting steps as follows:
"1. Please check if the System Software is up to date. Process On the Cross Media Bar go to: Settings -> System Software Update -> Update using the Internet Allow the PS4 search for system updates and apply any updates that it might find.
2. Make sure that the PlayStation ID is connected to the Origin Account.
3. Turn off the PlayStation fully, and disconnect the power cord and wait 7 seconds.

4.Make sure that the device and content is activated on the system.
