Dispute: I had watched 3 ads at once and my account had been banned the day after. I don't renember the UID. Please help me, I love playing the game and enjoy it so much. I sent mess to lets_talk@ea.com and did not receive the reply.

Follow these steps to find your NBA LIVE Mobile User ID:

1. Tap the Settings icon.
2. Swipe up, then tap the View button next to Credits.
3. On the scrolling Credits screen, swipe up until you see your USERID.

NOTE: Please provide your User ID whenever requesting help with NBA LIVE Mobile.
