BF1 on XB1 Missing Multiplayer Privileges

my story is a little like everyone else's but it's also different, i bought premium pass and the early enlisters deluxe edition. It played fine for the first few days then i left for a week and when i came back it was missing multiplayer privileges and nothing works to get it back.

Did you trying to contact EA help ? https://help.ea.com    talk to a representative or chat?. Another thing you are in XB so you have XB gold membership?.

as @samurai_manny suggested, this usually points to an expired XBox Live Gold! membership.

Sometimes it can be related to an underage account as well, but if it already worked before, we can rule this out in your case.

Tell us, what were the troubleshooting steps, you have done so far? Can you play any other online game on your Xbox One? Sometime a simple Power Cycle can fix this type of issues. Keep us posted.
