Dude calm down u need to buy Xbox live gold to play online. Ps4 users have to buy ps plus. Unfortunately this is how it is nowadays. Its NOT EA's fault

I switched to my wife's gamer tag, (she has never played this game) and she was able to get online. I switched back to my profile. Bam! No online privileges. I said ok. Switched back to my wife's. Bam f$@k. No online privileges.
Needless to say I took the game back to Best Buy and got a refund. I'm not dealing with nonsense.
