BATTLEFIELD 1 REFUND

I purchased battlefield 1 as pre order deluxe edition (which means i can play the game before it's release) At that day (18 October) I tried to download the game and Origin said "Game is unavailable right now Try again later" So I wanted to play the game before it's release to normal edition I refunded the game to my paypal and Bought it again from paypal (deluxe edition) I can play the game that is not the issue but I couldn't recive the refund to my Paypal So it's like I bought the game twice ehat is the problem?

I see why you are frustrated and this is totally understandable, however we can`t manage individual accounts on your forums. You should get in touch with EA Advisors https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ directly on this.  Let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.
