App won't launch

I have not been able to play my NBA LIVE MOBILE game for 17 hours now because I can't get it to launch or open up.  I have reinstalled it 20 times, changed Facebook password, rebooted devices 10 times, cleared cache and history on iPad and android cell phone all to no avail.  The game won't open on either device.  Is there a problem on your end?????

is anyone else having this problem????

i have a league and need to get in the app asap.

Update:  I finally got loaded!!!!!!!  So I'm up and running after almost 20 hours of not being able to play at all.
