All the Heroes quest stuck at the 2nd crafting after 24th February 2017

Since I have done the update on 24th February 2017 (My phone run on Android system), Chompzilla 9th quest has completed. However, when I purchased new Heroes from the deck, the quest always stuck at the 2nd crafting. The picture will show 10 gems instead of the picture of the craft plants or zombies. Some more, it could not tap at all. This does not happened to those Heroes that I bought before 24th Feb 2017. Please help me to resolve it. I have 4 Heroes stuck at the 2nd crafting quest and I afraid the next new purchase Heroes will have the same situation. Thanks

Now I have 6 heroes stuck at this progress!!!!!!

Can you go to your collections screen and see if you can craft them there?

I've crafted this week for EB and last week for RB and Citron.  The first crafting in those questlines seem to happen right at the "quest window/screen".  But for the later crafting in the quest line, you do have to go to the Collection section as @EA_Andy states.  It would be nice if the crafting were consistent (at the Quest window).
