Account Locked and won't let me play? [ Edited ]

Hello. I'm trying to play the NBA live 18 demo on ps4 and it says my account is locked for security reasons and I should visit ea.com/contact us to unlock it. I don't see how it's locked though when im logged in on the computer. What should I do?
