my last computer is macbook i trade for a samsung computer but i can´t install the game because i lost the cd if i try use the code on box on origin say the code is Already used any can help?

Have you previously redeemed this code on your last PC?  Are you sure you are using the same EA Account, you were using to play the game before? The game should be in your Library, but in case you still can`t find the game, I suggest you to get in touch with EA Advisors directly. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
