I purchased Spore for my son today. I am on macOS Sierra 10.12.3. I have installed Origin Version 10.4.2.12697 - 0. I attempted to install Spore, but the install hangs. I force quit after about an hour of waiting. The launch then sends me into update which are applied. The game won't launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. Because I am in Canada, there is absolutely no way for me to contact EA directly. At this point, I just want a refund on my purchase. Can someone please help??
