Spore will not run on my WIN10 PC

Spore will NOT run on my computer for some reason. I recently got spore on steam for $20 and has been working for about 3 weeks. Now it starts up goes blank closes and gives me this error message. "A problem has caused the program to stop working". 

I have tried to fix reg-edit settings and troubleshooting, uninstalled the game and steam all together!

I also tried different programs and forum suggestions to help me but nothing seems to work! There are no virus's on my computer either. 

My computer is a custom built PC with WIN10

8GB ddr3

AMD FX processor quad-core 3.8Ghz over clocked to 4.1

EVGA GT 740 SC graphics card.

120gb ssd

Please help!

You can do the following things

Fix a saved games corruped

Right click on Spore icon , it should run as administrator .

Deleting of Graphic Cache
