When you log in to Spore do you use the same email address and password like you use on Origin?
The codes have been used as they are assigned to your Origin account you bought them on.
When loading Spore for the first time, you should see REGISTER at the bottom left. Don't click Create New EA Account, instead you should see three boxes. Email, Password and Persona. Using the same email and password as Origin, fill in the boxed. In the right hand box, put in the name you want to use in Spore. You can change this later on www.spore.com
If you have used Spore before, simply click LOGIN and sign in with the same email and password as you use on Origin.
