I wanted to play spore and spore galactic adventures for nostalgia sake, but to make spore galactic adventures work I need the online features. As most of you know, I need to connect spore to origin in order to log in, but when I tried it gave an error message saying the code had already been used. The annoying part is; I was the one who used before but can't find it connected to my account or any other account I may have used.
I already tried to used the help center, but I don't get a connection in the chat, so thought to try here.
I hope someone can help me.
P.S. I'm new to this forum. I tried to look for an existing post regarding this problem, but couldn't find any. So if I did anything wrong; I'm sorry and I'll fix it.

please guys can you help me, i formatted my laptop i lost my origin files and everything,and now im instaling it again in another pc, but the origin tells me that my product code is alreday use?how can i recover it? please help me guys..
