I bought the game few years ago, the box version.
I have both expansion packs.
I was able to log in to my game in 2016.
I wanted to play it again, so I installed it and tried loging in. I get a message that there's something wrong with the connection or my password.
So I tried changing it.
And that's one of a few issues that I have.
I'm not getting an email to change my password-and yes, I checked the SPAM folder.
It seems that my password is correct, because I'm able to log into my account on EA, Origin and spore.com. But not in the game.
Also I can't add the game on Origin because "the code has been used", which is strange. The game was new.
I tried re-installing, didn't help.
Any suggestions?
Is there a different way to contact EA than calling?

In this case, you must contact a game advisor.
Spore is a older game and must be redeem manually on your account, otherwise the login does not work.

How can I contact EA without calling them?
Usually when I try to contact them, the only option is to call.
