I can't buy Spore Creature Creator

Hi dear all of you, I try to get the trial version or to buy the fullversion of Spore Creature Creator, I can't do it from EA site or Spore.com.
I'm in France.
Does any of you has any idea of what happens? 
Please, that a very very simple question, probalbly a stupid one too ;-) but I can't do anything
