Hello everyone. I'm a big time Spore fan, and I've amassed a fair number of creations over time.
But my old computer is practically dying, and I'm not able to get a new one.It literally crashes within a minute of starting any of my games. As it is I'm limited to perusing my Spore creations, and even so it crashes within a little while. So my best option is to wipe it to buy it a few more years. However, I'd like to keep my Spore games and creations. I wouldn't be bothering you if I had the disks, but unfortunately I can't find my original Spore and Creepy and Cute disks, so simply re-installing isn't an option.
I'm pretty much tech illiterate, so this will be tricky. But I'd like to know if I can simply transfer the files for both the games and the creations (not necessarily the actual saved games) to another hard drive or removable disk to re-install onto my computer after it's been wiped.
Any form of help, advice, or walk through will be greatly appreciated

Hi @kaytry
Without a CD, you will not be able to install the game.

Even if you had a backup, you would have to install the game on a new computer.
Clear the graphics cache file of the game, often it helps
