I own a physical copy of both Spore and Spore Galactic Adventures so I submitted my cd key of them. Both say that they have already been used. So I tried to connect with live chat on my MacBook and home computer and neither worked. It simply just goes to "please wait while we connect you with a EA games advisor" and never does. Any suggestions on how I can fix the live chat. Ive trie clearing my cache and using a different browser.

Have you also cleared the cache under ~/Library/Caches
, otherwise try via phone
