Can't login to Spore's website

I am, for some inexplicable reason, unable to log in to Spore's website (I can't login to the game either, but that's a separate issue). My profile, Spode3, still exists. I am 99% sure that I am typing in the correct email and password, so I don't get what's going on. Should I attempt a password reset?

Is there any other place I can go to ask? That site seems more geared towards problems with games, not websites...

I just tried logging in to the Spore website using my Origin login and it worked. There was no profile associated with it, but it worked. I think I'm starting to see how to fix the problem. I assume that, in order to change the email associated with my Spore account, I have to go through that site, correct? Any tips on navigating it?
