skate three cant see maps

I have skate three on the Xbox 360 and I've downloaded the share pack and when i get it it says that I've connected to EA servers, but every time i go to try some new maps on multiplayer its says it cant connect or that nothings there? like every single page in the community maps area is blank, are servers shut down or am i just having a weird half connected problem?
