They are indeed - and the game is still very active for a game that is reaching seven years of age!

If we take down the servers for any of our games then you will be able to find that, here:

Hey, i dont know if this is still an active thread, but I can't seem to connect to skate on xbox one. Whenever i try it says "the page you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please try again later." But it has said this since I got it almost a month ago... i have no problems with offline, but I can't download community parks. Help.

Thank you for reporting this. We had a few players reporting not been able to access community parks, and currently looking into this issue. Sorry for inconvenience.
