I have just started playing BF4 on my Xbox one and I have previously played on PC where I unlocked all the guns and gadgets I'm just wondering how to link my progress over

Hello @cus_bra 

I am really sorry, but this is impossible. Game on each platform is considered a separate title and your progress can not be transferred from PC to Xbox One. You will have to start from scratch.
