Wrong email? Connection Issues?

Hello, 

 Just jumping in here. I haven't read too much before hand but none of the answers i found seem to work. I'm also having an issue connecting my account.

I just bought an Xbox One S that came with Battlefield 1. I haven't played an EA game since Madden some years ago on PS3 or PS4. I managed to somehow connect my EA account to my PSN account some time ago. I can see it in my account info it's connected. Though when I go to connect on the new Xbox it pulls up some email address I've never seen before and asked for the password. Somehow maybe someone linked an Xbox to my account with a different email? Did someone hack my account? Am I crazy. How do I connect my account and fix this problem?? I use a Mac so this friends drop down thing isn't showing up. I don't even know if that is the solution to my problem. And when I try to contact EA it tells me to select a method of contact but there are NO options on the screen. It's just a dead end. What the H EA.
