Skate 3 Availability On Irish Xbox 360 Store

I've noticed that Skate 3 is no longer available On Demand on the Irish Xbox 360 store & is wondering can anyone shed some insight as to why this is? Its currently available discounted on the U.S. store, as Tweeted out by the official Xbox Store twitter account, but Irish can not avail of this due to the game not being available.

Its been like this for at least 48 hours, with another member of the Xbox community reporting that he noticed it gone a couple of weeks ago.
