Where is the import friends menu?

there is no import friends menu, at least i cant find it all i get is a search bar to look for friends

Well I am a Play Station 4 guy an don the new version of origin client there is no connecting button that you can press when you go on friends.

I have no Import Friends option in the Origin Console.

This isn't working anymore. I downloaded Origin client in my pc but then when I click "Add a friend", there's no import appearing. Only search for username,email add etc. I also looked at the help guide, but everything was a failure. I think you should update your help guide since everything it says is not working at all. I need to connect my PSN account to my new EA account because I cannot access my old one.

as one of many many other people trying to link accoutns i willsay that this step given in previous posts--

1. In the Import Friends menu, you can choose to "connect" your Xbox LIVE, PSN, and EA accounts. Simply sign in with your account details to *ct.

this is not an option in the origin client at all 

how in the world can i link my account with out having to call and wait 4 hours on hold to speak to agent
