I cant connect to community parks skate 3

Im sick off it, I cant connect to community skate parks on Skate 3. But, I can go online and play online games. I can also make a team and do anything I want with teams and online games. I just cant have a look at community parks and anything to do with parks in Skate 3. 

Does anybody have any solution??
