Cross-console gaming: PC and Xbox

Hi, I have a friend that has an xbox and I would like to play with him if possible. The problem is that I play fifa 17 on pc and I'm not sure if you can even play against people on other consoles. SO, if there is a way to do this help would be much appreciated. If not, thanks anyway.

I am really sorry, but cross platform play is not available for FIFA 17. So, I guess one of you will have to change the platform.
