"PARKS" or "PARKS AND RECREATION" EPIC BUILDINGS?

I was wondering if anyone else thinks that having a set of "PARKS", or "PARKS AND RECREATION" EPIC Buildings would be cool?...Maybe the points could range from 1/2 point to 3?...It might give more players an opportunity to start building epic buildings sooner, and I think even the more seasoned players would appreciate building some new and different epic buildings. What do you Think? Thanks.

That would be gross the fun of having a epic building would not be there .People have close to 150# true story parks wityh them .The thrill of being amongst the best Mayor's since you did a epic project till silver token in level 24 would vanish
