Video ad issue

For the past 7 days, whenever I watch a video ad, I get the same game advertised (Survivors: Quest) and am then taken straight back to the game, without the option of selecting a prize box. This is obviously slowing my progress in the game, but I am also utterly bored with the ad! I've tried downloading the game, but this didn't make any difference. It may just be a coincidence, but this problem manifested itself when I started to build the airport. Has anyone also experienced this
