Trade depot items won't sell

Its been over three days & my items won't sell & Daniel won't buy them. I've emailed customer support and gotten the run around. Please fix this error or you are going to lose people!

I belong to a club but they do not always buy what I am selling so now keep at least one spot to put something good out on the market and find most items are gone in no time but keep checking for that one item that is marked for the global market. Daniel should be around soon.
