Seriously? Ur suggestions doesnt help. Ur customer service - and by the ways, this issue has beeen here like for 2 years. I have done a lot of resets, connected to a numerous wifi . So you all and nothing helps!

It was worth a try, it seems like some kind of connection problem.
Have you opened a case and talked to SimCity BuildIt support team about this? If not, at this point I would recommend trying that. You can open a case from the game Settings > Help > Contact us.

Improve ur service to lessen my frustracion. It seems no one is working on my issue. All you just do is pass me around, remember this is happening for a years now! And what did i get? NOTHING! Guess what? How will ur users react on that? Does a 100 dollar given in the game helps? NO! Why? Its so useless for my case! I cant do shipping i cant get the materials i need. Seriously, is someone doing their job? Goood lord. Pray for your souls.
