Hello, I have been playing SimCity BuildIt for some time. As you can imagine, I have made some progress in the game that it would take a few months to replace. Tonight, while my tablet was charging, the device simply stopped and wouldn't turn back on. I tried backing up the game before and connect to Facebook, but it wouldn't allow me, because I've had another city, which was bigger, stored. I am pretty desperate since I can't backup anything and the only way my tablet may work is with factory reset. I am looking forward to a reply before taking further action. Thank you!
