I may have lost my city due to connection error?
So i just reinstalled the game and after the tutorial, i connect to my google account to get back to my old city which is level 28. This may be due to poor connection but during connecting an error occurred so i tried to reconnect again. To my surprise instead of loading my old city the game instead save the current city(level 1) to my google account. I tried to reinstall the game again and tried to connect again with google account but the game only load the level 1 city. after a few uninstall and reinstall at one point the game ask to choose between local and cloud save but both at level 1.
Does this means i lost my level 28 city forever? Is there any way to get my city back again?
