I Whant do Know How to Desync

Hi i have this game Sync with my Facebook, but i whant to know how to Desync, my actual City to Sync my other City?

i allready try to Remove this game from my Facebook Games List, and in my game says every time "This acount allready Sync With other City ..."

What i need to do?
