Daily chests not showing

Dear SimCity Buildit Staff,

Hi! I have the app Simcity Buildit on my phone. There was a recent update that gives you chest daily. You can collect them in the same place where you buy sims dollars. However, That update is not showing on my phone. It says my app has the latest update. It says I got the version 1.16.58. Can anyone tell me what can I do to get the daily chests?

Were you getting daily money from the Bank?  That seems to be where the daily chests kicks in.

Not really. So I saw in my girlfriend's account up in the right corner. There are your coins, your dollars and then your keys. Next to the dollar sign, there was a star , and you hit there. It opens the Buy more SimCash option. On the left there is a Daily chest, that gives you free stuff. I do not have that daily chest, nor any star at the simcash sign.
