Daily ads no longer giving items

Daily ads have only been giving simoleons for at least the past week, not one item. I have 2 accounts, that's about 70 ads without one item. That's not bad RNG, that's no RNG.

i couldnt agree more with this also would also like to mention on some ads the video would go black cache has been emptied and all other ads from other games work with no problem. also would like to add that most of the time when going to larger cities that the loading hangs and then i miss out on items. ive sent countless messages reguarding this issue and come to find out none of it is here nor a fix for the issue.

I have same problem but I'm thinking it's connected to missing expansion packs from launcher. I'm just wondering if you guys have both problems or are they separate issues ?

Try using items you want to get from the ads.

I (anecdotally) noticed that ads give less SimCash and parts once you have a larger quantity of them.
