City has been replaced!?!?!

Before I went to bed one night I checked the progress of some items and everything was fine. I get up the next day to find that my entire city is gone. The name has been changed from Romulus =/\= to Spooner plains. What is weird is that I still have my progress level of 50, the correct amount of simoleans and sim cash. I see challenges at the correct level of progress, but I have no buildings, people, nothing. It is as if I back back to the beginning. I have reached out to the support with no luck. Now they will not answer my emails.
