In this other game called clash of clans you can have 3 different city designs saved but one is active. If they didn't do that people would go through a lot of hardship to remake the city every time its needed.

Us we just start out with a city and build off, and if we try to maneuver our base we lose a lot of happiness and money from rebuilding the roads. This will be vary helpful to the game

Go check out how the other game does it.

Think of roads like walls.

You can now store specialization buildings. To do so, tap and hold the specialization building that you want to store. The storage icon will appear beneath the bulldozer icon in the UI.
