Why is it so hard to find stuff that I need on the Global Trade HQ?

Write down the time when you have found the items your looking for. I discovered that for me it 20 min past the hour on weekdays. Weekends are different. Lots of luck.

I think it remembers the last few buildings you looked at and what you needed, then won't display them. After about 20 visits to other cities or maybe 10mins it resets and you see them
