This is probably an idea that some people will like and some won't.
From my perspective I'm not on board with it. What is normal for me is to go into the store and take a quick scroll to see if there is something i need. Then I click on anything and visit someones city, see if they are by chance selling something I need and then if not, scroll around their city to see if there are any bubbles to pop. With your method you are solely focused on the shop and miss out on the bubble objective. Remember with popping bubbles you can get random items, maybe the one you're looking for and also can get keys and simcash.
