Plumbob points disappeared

All of my plumbob points have disappeared,I had 300,000 plumbob points yesterday now today it says zero?? I want this fixed immediately

Same thing happened to me. I'm in Metropolis League for the second time, but my points read 0 in my Mayors Club members list.

This was in another thread as well, but I'll answer it here, too.

The season has ended and all scores reset. While you still see others with scores, everyone sees their own as 0.

The points went away  Monday when I collected the bonus for reaching the Metro level.  I had 250k points then they disappeared at the same time the keys were floating.  Now it will not even register the new points I am earning.  Almost feel like giving up the game.
