Help! Need to reconnect with my club!!

I accidently removed myself from my club today.. I dont really know how i did it i only know i selected to open my club chat n then said i left my club. I need help reconnecting to them i know the club owner closed club to invites only. Our club was named "fair trade" president was simville vp Los Angeles. Please help me reconnect is there any way to search other than the name? The club does not show when i search fair trade.
