Help: My Ski Resort seems to be sleeping

My ski resort doesn't show any activity, its kind of sleeping day or night.  I'm at Level 32

Which device are you using?

I ask because i know some people who use certain devices don't even see traffic lights.  Your issue might be the same as theirs as they're not designed for that device!

I'm playing the game on my Apple iPad Pro 12.9".  I don't seem to have problem with street lights coming on at night and going off, it's just this huge thing up in the alps with no activity.
