Game crashes STILL!

This game is now so frustrating!  I can play for an hour and spend 45 minutes rebooting when it crashes over and over again.

It makes trying to play it so hard - particularly on Mayor's Contests, where time is of the essence.  It is REAAAAAAALLY annoying EA...can you sort it out?

You know, as an IT specialist, previous hacking to get free resources may damage the game. Or using apps like Lucky Patcher. If you have done none of these then tough luck.
