Does everyone get the club rewards from contest of mayors and war [ Edited ]

Ok so I'm in a club and there is just a few that do contest of mayors and a lot less that do war. But none can tell me if everyone in the club gets the rewards or if it only goes to those who helped. For the ones who had points.

I can't speak for how it works with the War aspect but as for the Contest of Mayors, if you participate in the contest and get at least 3000 points( or maybe 3500, not positive) and the club reaches at least the first chest(150,000 points) you will get the rewards from the club chest at the end of that weeks contest.
