Can I have my city on my time zone?

Is it possible for my city to be on my local time zone? I live in the U.S. and am on Pacific Standard time. I have Sims going to sleep in the middle of the day and all the lights going out.  My iPad is set for my local time, so I would think that the software would pick that up.  Thanks!!

There is no time zone in Sim City buildit .The days of the sims are waaay smaller than ours They will invariably go to sleep two three times a day.I do not know the actual time but I estimate it to be fifteen minutes
