problem with payment

hello i cancelled subscription near a half month ago ...and deleted game but dont delete credit card in my account .... and today it was automatically payed again. i wont play in near future and i want get my money back.

Issues with money on your account can only be handled over the phone.

You can find the numbers at this link , I have seen them have no issues with refunds in these circumstances.
