not able to load

I cannot get on to play at all. My laptop plays 32 bit perfectly, but the screen resolution changes and doesn't let me touch the game. I can launch the launcher, but once I do that a sliver of some screen shows up on the left of my screen. I can only close the game from there.

Thank you! The second solution on your link's page actually worked for me! The Alt + Enter didn't work.
